Reading some of the appreciations in the forward of \u201cAs it Is\u201d by Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche I am reminded of just how great his accomplishment was. The words of those offering testimonies have special significance because they are themselves perfect examples of accomplishment and compassion. They aren\u2019t given to hyperbole or self serving promotion.
